Biography
Maxim Pugachevskii has completed his PhD at the age of 23 years from Far Eastern State Transport University and postdoctoral studies from Southwest State University. He is the Leading Researcher of Regional Center of Nanothecnology, Professor of the Department of Nanotechnology, General and Applied Physics. He has published more than 55 papers in reputed journals and has been serving as an editorial board member of repute.
