Speaking Opportunities
Speaking opportunities: We are constantly intrigued by hearing from professionals/practitioners who want to share their direct encounters and contextual investigations with companions and from specialists and providers whose experience can enhance our occasions. In the event that you are an expert, scholastic or somebody with other important aptitude, please email us your theoretical point or abstract proposal you feel met all requirements to examine. There are different conceivable formats to present your talks.
Keynote Session: Keynote presentations are given to set the underlying tone to summarize the key message or the most significant disclosure of the program accompanied by PowerPoint Slides. Students, colleague presenters, young scientists, and other attendees get a chance to connect with keynote speakers presenting their expertise on selected topics of relevance in this kind of presentation gathering. Presentations should last no longer than 45 - 50 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A).
Plenary Session: Oral presentations are forms of effective verbal communication that will be accompanied by PowerPoint Slides. Use the 6-6-6 rule: (maximum 6 words per bullet, maximum 6 bullets per slide, and maximum 6 text slides in a row). The fewest words with effective imagery will have the most powerful effect. Presentations should last no longer than 25 - 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A).
Workshop or Symposium: Workshops meant for the professional community consisting of researchers, developers, entrepreneurs, and scientists which will enable knowledge dissemination where presenters engage attendees in various exercises to enhance their skills and techniques on topic that are trending and relevant. Presentations should last no longer than 55 - 60 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A).
Young Researcher Forum: The Young Researchers Forum (YRF) is an exciting session especially for postgraduate students (MPH, MSc, MRes, PhD etc.) and their supervisors, providing a vibrant place for discussing potential and ongoing research in any stage, from idea to results. The forum strives to provide a friendly environment to allow young researchers to get feedback on their work, exchange experience, ask questions, explore pathways open to them. It has been specifically designed to provide students with the opportunity to present their work in a supportive forum and to receive feedback from mentors and peers. Presentations should last no longer than 20 - 25 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A).
Ask the Expert Sessions: Ask the experts sessions will allow participants to meet in a small group with outstanding experts, academicians, hospitalists, researchers and clinicians. This session is designed to facilitate informal discussions, allowing participants to present their questions and gain new perspectives. The Session will take place at round tables and be limited to a certain number of participants.
State-of-the-Art Lectures: The state-of-the-art lectures will have a strong clinical focus. They will provide a complete update on significant aspects of current clinical treatments in Sports Medicine, Physiotherapy, Mental Health Rehabilitation, psychosomatic medicine, neurology, and Advancements in Physiotherapy. The state-of-the-art lectures will be delivered by top international experts and will last 30 minutes.
Exhibitor-Vendor Session and Investor Tech Talks: Exhibitors are likely to discuss new strategies to explore and expand to the new markets, product awareness, branding and to advance managerial, technical and marketing skills on communication, team building, strategy development, leadership, etc. These talks are impetus to nurture and facilitate new business start-ups to enter the market with their innovative and stimulating products. Presentations should last no longer than 25 - 30 minutes (including 5 minutes for Q & A).

The poster should be self-explanatory, but the author should be available at certain times, such as refreshment breaks and during the time devoted to poster session, to interact with viewers and answer questions.
Video/Virtual Session: If the presenters are unable to attend the event but still wish to have their paper published in the conference proceedings, they can submit a pre-recorded video under virtual presentations. Recorded presentation video should last no longer than 20 - 25 minutes.
Industry Sessions: Companies and organisations involved in clinical and pre-clinical research, diagnosis and treatment of disorders of the brain and looking for a scientifically driven engagement with the participants of the Sports Medicine 2021 Conference can choose under industry sessions.
Brainstorming Session (BS): Small focused interaction sessions organised on a topic of speaker’s choice. The speaker of the session and a second expert in that specific field of interest will initiate the discussion.
Poster Jam (J) and E-poster Session (EP): In the Poster Jam, E-poster presenters with a high scoring abstract will present their data which will be uploaded in conference website. These sessions are a great way to get up-to-speed with the latest developments and innovations.
Propose your New Medication: The New Medications Session is a symposium format, in which the clinical trials of new compounds and the freshest data on new medications will be presented, including proof of concept and post-marketing studies.
